Noureen DeWulf was born on February 28, 1984, at New York City. She's always been interested in acting. She started building the foundations of her career when she attended Boston University's School of the Arts. Noureen was then able to audition for roles in various films. Then she was offered a part in the lead role of a 2005 film called West Bank Story. West Bank Story was screened in other festival screenings around the world following its debut at the Sundance Film Festival 2005. The film also took home the Oscar in the category of Best Live Action Short Film in the 2007 79th Oscars and assisted Noureen's professional career. The career of Noureen DeWulf has continued to expand since her first appearance in Girlfriends Numb3rs Chuck & Outsourced. When she was a child, Thora Birch starred in numerous films during the 90s such as All I Want For Christmas (1991), Patriot Games (1992), Hocus Pocus ( 1993), Now and Then( 1995) as well as Alaska( 1997). The performance she made as a character in American Beauty brought her worldwide recognition and accolades in 1999. In 2001, she appeared in the critically acclaimed film Ghost World (2001), which earned her an Golden Globe nomination.
