Anne Phung Nguyen

Anne Phung Nguyen. I am an American-born Vietnamese entrepreneur living in the city of Orange California. Alongside my amazing partner JP and the happy-go lucky father Henry. My Instagram account @annephung is where I am most popular with my followers. I write about my day-to-day life, both the good and the bad. I arrived in America with my parents and brother at the age of just one and a half years old. young. I'm not now sharing my story to you, if not since my parents were devoted to determination and dedication. Knowing I had an opportunity for a better life, I aimed to make them proud and had a clear vision when it came to success. Within my head, I had a plan for my future. Go to college and get a degree. Wed. Purchase a home. Have kids. While I believed this was the ideal definition of the ideal life, reality had other plans. Money and the prestige of my job was not what I wanted to be. I felt as if I wasted my life for the opportunity to earn a salary. I was passionate about fitness and having fun and helping people while I walked this new path in life I was drawn to personal training. This year I'll be celebrating the 7th year anniversary of my business. In 2014 I began my own small business. Being an Asian female working in the field, there are a few of us. It is my goal to become a catalyst in the industry to provide the best coaching and guidance to help people to live a more healthy and happier person by establishing the most sustainable life that meets their individual goals and needs. I also strive to empower individuals to follow their desires and accomplish anything and everything they want to in life. As my career was taking off, I was struck by the most devastating loss in my entire life to datethat of losing my mother. After an eight-year struggle with Scleroderma, she is at peace on Heaven. I am forever grateful to her and will always remember her in my mind as well as my heart. Even if you can't see it at first, life is a way of providing us with what we truly require. There are many ways that the loss of my mother affected me in many ways. It is my belief that she provided me with another chance to live through her demise. Her passing on Tet/Lunar New Year Day was an opportunity for her to begin an entirely new chapter. To me, it was my second chance to lead a fulfilled life. As I enter the 30's I am more alive than I ever have. I am able to say that I live my life today instead of merely living as I did previously. When I share my experience I hope that my words will resonate with those of yours. It is my wish that my words can aid you in understanding that you're not alone. That you have the ability to achieve anything that your heart desires. I pray that you live the life you want to live and to die with no regrets, as death is the only thing that is promised to all of us during our lives.
